This service provides your business with a prestigious postal address for receiving all your correspondence. On receipt of any mail or courier we will scan the information into our documentation management database and notify you by text message on your mobile phone that there is new mail on our server. We will house all the scanned mail correspondence for a period of 1 year or longer as agreed with you. (The cost of the service consist of a fixed monthly fee of £20 plus a variable fee depending on the volume of mail stored on our server which starts from £5 per month)
