As director of finance, I'm currently involved in the management and development of my1stBusiness.com. We intend to develop my1stbusiness.com into the most prominent provider of one-stop entrepreneurial support worldwide. I believe that my1stbusiness.com has a number of unique selling points that distinguish it from other sites. The main unique selling points include personal interaction by way of coaching and interactive training sessions and a wide range of easy to use and practical resources that enable the young entrepreneur to find ready made solutions and guidance on their way to success.
My Background
As an Chartered Accountant, moving from South Africa to the UK in 1998, I had the opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of business routines to get to know international small and medium business cultures. All my experience to date is in consulting small and medium enterprises on finance and management matters.
During the last year I completed my MBA studies in financing of SMEs, and joined the my1stbusiness.com management team.
Outside of Work
When I'm not working I like to see a movie or musical, as I find that these activities stimulate my creativity. The time spent with friends and family is of great importance and I believe this is an essential ingredient to the balance of any happy individual. Knowing the great power of laughter, I ensure that I make time each day for a bit of fun.
