Ken Gosnell, The Turn-Around Doctor, is the founder and
president of KenSalt Coaching, Inc., a individual/buisness
coaching firm specializing in turn around activities and
leadership training.
Ken has shared his turn-around theories with individuals and
organizations of all sizes. He is publisher of the Coaching
Edge Newsletter--a free ezine for buisness people, and is
the creator of the "From the Eyes of a Visitor program.
He is also a writer and the author of several works including
Becoming an X Organization, Conflict - Growth or Grief; How
to Reach the Nexter Generation and a series of articles for
small companies.
Ken is completing a double masters from Regent University.
He will receive his Master in Administration as well as a
Master of Divinity in the next few months. He has a deep love
for both the business owner and the business world. This
broad base has enabled him to pull the best principles for
both areas of life.
It was while coaching with fortune 500 companies in the
areas of leadership and personal development that Ken
became fascinated with helping people and organizations to
turn adversity into long lasting success. He shows audiences
and individuals how to improve their own performance by
creating winning attitudes needed to reach goals and to
break through barriers.
Before launching his own company Ken worked as a trainer
and coach for the Dale Carnegie Organization. He has
worked with many of the best-known companies in America.
His background as pastor and writer has made me an
innovative and entertaining coach with a real talent for getting
key messages across effectively.
He has been awarded The Church Growth Award from the
National Church Growth Institute and The Continuous
Performance Award and Break Through Performance
Award from the Dale Carnegie Organization.
